A page that scores every site it reviews highly usually benefits from you clicking through, not from you being correctly informed.
Is there anything you could re-check?
An account with dates, steps and what actually happened is worth more than praise or complaint with no detail in it at all.
Where did that number come from?
If a page states a percentage or a user count without saying where it came from, treat it as decoration rather than as information.
Does it ever mention a downside?
A page with no downsides at all usually means not that there are none, but that the page was not written to tell you about them.
The fairness question
How far the "is it rigged" question can actually be taken
Whether a site is rigged is not a question that site can answer, because the answer is not a conclusion in either direction. What you can do is judge it yourself from things you are able to observe.
Several things genuinely are observable: whether the terms can be read before you register, whether support answers before you are a customer, whether the wording on a page shifts while you are reading it, and whether you have kept your own record of everything. None of the four proves the whole case — but none of them requires taking anyone's word either.
